The non-executive team is made up of board members and advisors. This small, yet carefully chosen, group of people provides useful experience and advice. All of them have also invested funds in he company.
Rolf Skoglund, Board Member
Former CIO/SVP Ericsson & VP Microsoft, Founder ID Invest AB & Thinkout AB.
Rolf is our senior guy on the board, bringing invaluable experience to the company. Starting as Microsoft’s first Swedish employee in 1985, he built up their business in the Nordics, their fourth geographical region outside the US. Apart from that pretty impressive achievement, he has worked as SVP and CIO at Ericsson. In 1997, Rolf founded the VC firm Startupfactory AB, and today he is an active angel investor, operating through his company Thinkout.

Fredrik Cassel, Chairman of the board

Fredrik has a background with Schibsted, Scandinavia Online and Eniro, something that has brought him significant experience from building media- and Internet businesses across Europe. Fredrik is today a partner at Creandum, one of Sweden’s top VC firms. Besides being part of the Videoplaza board, Fredrik is currently on the board of Cint, Pintavision and Spotify. Fredrik is a Kauffman Fellow and holds a MSc in Engineering Physics from KTH in Stockholm and EPFL in Lausanne.

Andy Chen, Senior Advisor

With an agency background, Andy brings media buying expertise to the Videoplaza table. Based in London, Andy Chen is the vice president of digital solutions for Viacom Brand Solutions International. Prior to Viacom, Andy was the media strategy director at Carat International/Isobar, which handles global media and digital strategies for Philips, Renault, Adidas, and various other multinational clients. A true advocate for global integration and strategy, Andy has lived and worked in Copenhagen and Stockholm. Joakim Jardenberg, Senior Advisor

Joakim is a man with three feet, believe it or not; one in humanism, one in technology and one in business.
