The talent hunt has been successful. We’ve found two smart and dedicated guys joining our team this week!

André Fohlin

André Fohlin I spontaneously met in Blekinge when being a speaker there. My jacket was locked in a room and he helped me out. 5 minutes after that, I had managed to seduce him and 2 months later he moved to Stockholm. Now digging right into the core of our extensive Flash code!

In spite of his young age André already has a background as an ambitious game developer. He’s one of the most ambitious people I’ve ever met, chewing every new piece of knowledge and experience he can get his hands on as the sweetest candy. In the week before starting here, he crunched right through two books “just in case he’d missed out on something before”.

Rouzbeh Delavari

After being referred to as “one of the smartest people I know” for the third time, I just had to contact Rouzbeh Delavari. After we hooked up he told me he was into AI and loved really complex challenges. I told him we have just that for him. It took him 3 weeks to make the transition from his job at June and today he entered the office with the MacBook pro under his arm.

Last year Rouzbeh was in San Francisco doing an internship at LucidEra and now he’s finishing up his studies at RIoT. Hopefully, he’ll also have some time over for Physical Interaction Lab where Rouzbeh has done some cool stuff before.

He actually seemed a bit shy first, but once I spied on his Facebook account I found more than 500 friends, that’s more than I have! Besides that, he’s a professional music artist and DJ, flipping records around the world. Check out his page on Facebook and become a fan.

So bottom line is that we have two additional smart guys on the team. You’d better watch out (or better: join the VideoPlaza ride now)!
